  Absolutely amazing seller, kind and communicative. They were extremely generous in allowing me to purchase the product for a lower price and I am eternally grateful. It came in amazing condition just as the images and video showed. Before shipping the plush out, I was sent an image of the product alongside their signature.   Muy bien cuidada, aunque un poco percudida en las partes blancas , estaba tal cual la descripción, la comunicación con el vendedor fue buena, el tiempo de espera para que llegara el paquete la verdad fue bastante rápido, en la página decía que tardaría como un mes en llegar y en realidad tardo como 2 semanas, estoy muy satisfecha con mi compra, aunque el único que me disgustó fue los cargos de aduana ( fue más alto de lo que esperaba o calculaba ), pero eso no es culpa del vendedor ☺️

  It came in great condition, although this brand in particular is known to be extra easy to break, the seller carefully packaged the item and marked it as fragile. The seller reached out to me to let me know about expected wait times for the shipment which was reassuring. Shipment times were normal for a Japan package, and I would buy from this seller again. 10/10.

  Seller has to be one of the best one out here! This is 1 of 2 figures I got at the same time, listed as used, but looks like it has never been opened. Price was right, I asked for extra shipping services and it did not disappoint! Packed very well and arrived at my office in must be a record time from half way around the world!   Item came exactly as described, in perfect condition! The packaging was very secure to keep it safe during the long journey, and there were no scuffs or marks on the outer box, let alone the item inside. The item itself is perfect, looks exactly like the pictures provided and if I hadn't seen a picture of it outside the box, I wouldn't have known it had ever been opened!

  Amazing seller! The item came as exactly as described and was well packaged; it thankfully was not vacuum sealed so it didn’t leave the plush wrinkly. Despite being listed as used, it looks brand new. Seller was friendly and sent me updates as soon as it shipped as well as pictures of the item before it went out. Would highly recommend buying from this seller again, very trustworthy and helpful!
