The cardboard box protective packaging, coupled with tracked delivery via Royal Mail (who rang my door bell & handed the parcel to me, rather than just dumping it by my front door!) was truly excellent. Great service. Item arrived on time- But Very poorly packaged with some pieces missing. This was a very heavy item with only the std cardboard box to hold it all in, Royal mail obviously mishandled it so the box fell appart- BUT with great communication and prompt resolution the eBay seller has sent me another one to complete the service! Very pleased but still it arrived with minimal protection as with the first one. Feedback to the seller is that these heavy items need extra packaging!! Thanks
