    Item was delivered timely, when the wellies arrived they weren't the neoprene lined ones as per the description. I messaged the seller with no reply so I wore them to see if the wellies were any good and they are not what I want. I messaged the seller again and he offered me a refund if I sent them back, I explained I had used them once to try them and he asked why, I explained because I had no reply from him. And no response again. not best value or communication sadly.

    Firstly an issue with the courier, tracking stuck from the 27/03/25 until 29/04/25. On attempting to contact the seller to resolve they ignored me, not a single response to about 3 messages. The courier would not help me directly as I was not their customer. Now as the seller would not engage my item was never delivered likely lost in the Evri abyss! There really was no reason for this huge waste of everyone time. I'd suggest best reconsider dealing with this seller if you require any support.
