I am a grandmother, with 9 lovely grandchildren, This WAS more of a hobby than anything, I try to give a personal touch rather than like a production line.
I aim to give ALL my customers my full support. When things do go wrong ( I am only human ) or the order vanishes into Royal Mails "Safe Place" I will do my best to make amends.
I answer all problems quickly and try to get matters sorted as soon as possible.
I POST DAILY, all orders in by 1PM are posted the same day. So I dispatch items quickly. Any slow or late delivery is not down to me, Yet i do get marked down for it, when its beyond my control.

PLEASE if you have a problem with any of my items or for late/ non delivery, I ask you to not open a case, Write to me through messages, I am very approachable, and will get back to you within a few hours generally.
