I did get a refund but it wasn't about getting my money back, it was about getting the service that I paid for, the item to be delivered and on time. It was supposed to be for a birthday present but because of the poor service, I had to rush around to buy something else.... If an issue they should've changed delivery time on the ad. Not impressed
