  Genuine seller. Product as described. I had receive one of the pack cracked during transit by Royal main. It happened 2 times and every time i had informed the seller with proof. Seller had replied and send the replacement straight away. Finally Yesterday I received the item. It was Royal mail issues of the damage on transit even though the seller packaging mention its fragine items inside. But seller cooperate well with its buyer and solved issues straight away. Thanks once again.

  I ordered this phone cover for my wife's Galaxy A16. It was delivered on time in full. But I made a mistake, I ordered case only, but wanted the screen covers too. Contacted sandsdirectuk, informed them of of my mistake and was informed that, on this occasion, they would pop a pack oft tempered screens in the post at no additional charge.   Wrong item had been sent out. When I contacted seller and showed them photographic proof they denied that it was sent from them. They also accused me of opening the item even though it clearly was sealed and again I showed pictures of the item and the envelope had thier address on it. I wanted the item I ordered. I felt disappointed, digusted and made to feel I am lying about a £3 something item. To me it's the moral not the item. Do not recommend this seller!! Won't buy again!!!

  The Case for the phone is in very good condition, however the first glass screen protector pack came damaged. I messaged seller and they got back to me. Next few days I recieved the second package of the glass protecters in good condition. Thank you so much for resolving the issue. Would recommend this seller to friends and family. 🙏🏾👌🏾☺️
