I’m pleased I chose this refurbishment service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Packaging and sending instructions were a little confusing but everything got sorted and the softener was turned around door to door in less than a week - just over 2 weeks in total from order. I can see many new parts have been fitted and once installed, it seems to be working (although it’ll need a few days to resoften the whole system). A smart choice over buying a new unit. 👍👍

Great service, company provided all Packaging and clear instructions, i removed our softener easily and boxed it up. It was collected and refurbished and returned very efficiently. Company even organised its re delivery as i missed the original one, there comms were good and i throughly recommend them. Thanks Sandies.
