Seller said they haven’t updated the photo in 10 years and only shipped what their supplier sent them. Asked for a refund, they accepted, however would not cover shipping costs. Contacted eBay and seller was given a few days to prepare a return label. Seller never sent the return label so after eBay issued a full refund. Took a few weeks but eBay made it right.
