Fully tracked with Aramex and then Royal Mail 48 hour parcel. They responded promptly especially as the time differences in our countries is very different.   The saddlebags arrived today and I am really impressed with them. They are fantastic quality, a bit smaller than I thought they would be, however all the sizes matched the sellers description.
