    Phone was 6 days late - seller tried to blame the bank holidays but it wasnt even with the courier by the due date. Phone was advertised as 'New' and it definitely is not, it is used!! Phone box was already unsealed, internal plastic bag was also open & worse, multiple scratches on screen! Messaged seller who replied "Someone else's order came to me" - what garbage. It should not be down to me, the buyer, to resolve sellers fraudulent scam.
