    Purchased this as a gift for my husband’s birthday. It took over a month to arrive. Once it was given, my husband opened the box, took out the plastic insert which held the figure, and the hand fell off. While taking a look at where the hand fell off, the arm fell off. After speaking to the customer service, they apologized for my inconvenience and agreed to refund me for my purchase. They were quick to resolve my issues and I am grateful for that.
