    I ordered a Rcbs #6 shell holder and received a #2 instead, I sent a message to the seller and after 48 hours I still have not received a reply. The shell holder I did receive was in good condition and in new packaging, but being it is wrong that doesn’t really matter. This wasn’t the cheapest option online to buy this holder but with the high rating and I expected it to get here in a timely fashion and be correct, but obviously I was incorrect.

    Buyer promised three day shipping in item description but instead held onto my money for nearly 10 days before issuing a refund that I never requested nor permitted. My emails to the seller also went unanswered during this time, which is the worst part. Tell me if you can't fulfill my order, but do not string me along for ten days only to cancel it under false pretenses of "bad address" when my address is correct and no seller contact attempted.
