  I didn’t give good seller feedback because I left several messages and you never responded to them regarding purchasing a warranty for the robot The shipping took longer than we thought, but it did arrive finally. The box was a bit crushed, but the inside seemed to be OK. You probably could have put more cushioning inside the box to keep it from rattling around. The robot itself is taking a bit of a learning curve The robot seems to have a mind of its own and we are trying to work it all out

  My items arrived in brand new packaging as described in the listing they were worth the value and are super adorable and made cute additions to the Stanley cups that I gave for Christmas. I was a little disappointed as she charged for two separate shipping charges, but then shipped them together and didn’t reduce the shipping cost for me. I am not sure I’ll use the vendor again.
