  Product took 12 days to arrive which if you are not in any hurry for is absolutely fine, it was well packaged and undamaged. I'm happy with the product and would use seller again would also recommended too as it is very hard to get good reef safe medications here in UK.

  Good seller i order i aquarium heater they shipped it out immediately..it took a week to get here but that was not sellers fault it sat 2 days at one postal station before they got around to shipping it forward..package arrived and the heater looked like it was taken right off the rack it was perfect because they packed it very very well..5 star seller

  Item that arrived was missing parts and packed incorrectly from the manufacture. I understand that mistakes like this can happen. However, my negative review is solely based on the way seller handled it. Poor responses. Terrible quality of customer service. "Sorry it was mis-manufactured, please open a return on eBay. (we pay for the shipping) Have a great day..." Personally feel like more could have been done to rectify this better. Like shipping out a new one while I shipped the old one back.
