  There was originally an issue collecting the package on my end, due to being out of town. The seller professionally mitigated the concern. In the end, there was a issue with the controller I purchased, but once again, the seller refunded me immediately without the extra step of returning the inoperable controller. I give the seller 5 stars and kudos for conducting business the correct way!!
