  Item arrived quickly and appears to be factory sealed as described. The plastic packaging is broken in places but it still appears to have never been opened and is still brand new. Item was bubble wrapped inside but the shipping box was completed filled to the brim with shredded paper as packaging. It was a huge mess to clean up and dispose of when unboxing the item. That would be my only "complaint" regarding my experience with this seller. I would purchase from them again. Thanks.

  Kudo's to good sellers on Ebay! My open box, new, never used item in original packaging was delivered safely and in new condition, but there was a slight glitch with the contents. The seller apologized and was very prompt to respond to my email. She offered two options, a return with free shipping or a partial refund, I chose the partial refund which she immediately processed.
