  Extremely good communication! Glad everything was super-well-packed because USPS put a huge dent in the box even though there were multiple 'FRAGILE' stickers on the box! Took extra special care to double-wrap AND overpack my fragile glass items so they still arrived safely even though USPS blatantly disregards FRAGILE packages that are clearly marked! (Enjoying my diffuser in peace now after a LONG ordeal of dealing with other cheap & hasty sellers poorly packaging broken-on-arrival items.)
