  Exactly as presented — communication was very poor - never provided a tracking number then when package arrived it had the wrong name on it so I didn’t want to open it - spent 30 minutes trying to track down the name of the individual listed on the package! Product is good though

  Seller marked the item as shipped with no tracking number. Proceeded to tell me the shipping company lost the item. He would replace or refund. I asked for a replacement. He told me he doesn't have any more. I asked him for the tracking number so I could call FedEx and find the package. He ignored me and gave me a refund. Would have just been easier to tell me he accidentally had inventory wrong and cancelled the sale. Not go through this web of lies pretending to ship it.
