  Item arrived a few days late - I think this was due to the courier (Royal Mail) not the seller. Royal Mail provided no tracking information until the item was delivered. However the item delivered was exactly as described by seller - no complaints about seller whatsoever.

  I had actually ordered the wrong bits but someone phoned me from SAS2U to check I had ordered the correct parts and when I realised I had made a mistake he offered to cancel my order and give me a refund. Having described what I wanted he then advised me on what to order. Within a few minutes I received an email advising me that my order had been cancelled and my money had been refunded. Great service!
