  I can say that this item was shipped promptly. Unfortunately, I never received it. USPS shows it was delivered but it wasn't delivered to my mailbox. Although I immediately notified USPS that it was not received, and that it was scanned as delivered well after the time I actually received another eBay package, there was no response.
