    Excellent seller! I ordered the printer and the seller posted it the same day, and it has arrived the next day. The printer was well packaged and it looked in excellent condition, but when I installed it, it didn't work perfectly. I reported this to the seller and when I described the problem, he sent me another one the same day without asking me to send the previous one back first. The second one have arrived on the next day.     I would have no hesitation in buying from this seller again in the future. The product was an ex shop display model that was in brand new condition, in its original box and with all its association documentation pack. The delivery was free next day, which was an unexpected surprise as it was not listed as such. All in all, the product was a fraction of the OEM original price which made the whole experience very pleasing.
