  They said I was very good. There was some confusion by sending the wrong item, but very quickly resolve the issue and sent me a new fresh meal. I immediately was good with communication.   No issues with the item or the vendor, cool looking item which my son loves but I do have an issue with EVRI who inexplicably held the item up at 2 different points, first after collecting the item then at their main sorting office. Delays of 3 days at a time. Vendor was very good however and if the item had not arrived 2 days over the time he had offered to refund fully or resend which was very considerate.
