    The seller was very helpful and communicated well! However she explained in the description that the box was only affected due to storing, however when I received the dolls there was some kind of grape juice spilled on the inside of the box affecting two of the items. I was able to clean it but felt a bit upset and uninformed. Besides that I was overall happy and the dolls themselves were OK!

    Hi Bren,as you stated there was an error on your,the seller s part in the description of the item for sale. From my POV. I, the buyer,placed the order,paid for the order including shipping, my offer and payment was accepted by you,and I went on vacation for a few days believing all was well. Your emails were sent during my vacation. So,from my POV, you only gave me five days to make a decision when I was out of communication before you made your decision to cancel my order. We R both at fault.

We would like to clarify that we reached out to the buyer multiple times before, during, and after the transaction to explain the listing details and the inability to ship the item.
