This seller operates several businesses. I didn't realise that. We got sent a wrong item by his other business. I returned and had a refund (postage costs not refunded as promised). I ordered from a different seller, who turned out to be the same seller. Ordered black and green dots again, with a built in screen. Got sent a plain black one with separate screen protector again. It doesn't seem to matter what colour you order, you just get sent a black one.

I received a different case to what I ordered and when I contacted the seller they offered a £2 refund which seems to be their chosen option or return for a full refund. I asked why I wasn’t sent what I ordered said it was out of stock and would remove the listing. I suspect the case was unavailable when I ordered it. I started the refund process but the seller didn’t respond in time frame so I opened a case and got an immediate refund from eBay. Avoid this seller.

So the item said that it came with a built in screen protector, but it didn't. Instead it came with some barely glued together plastic thing that was blue in the screen protector's place. The seller also does not communicate at all which is very aggravating. Don't waste your time.
