    Well first of all the ad says new with packaging. New does not mean packages are open and contents are missing. Secondly the package took a trip clear across the country away from it's destination after nearly reaching its final delivery destination so package was delivered late. And when I noticed this on tracking and brought it to the seller's attention my message was not returned, and the seller didn't seem very concerned about the issue. Not necessarily the seller's fault but still not good.

    Hello, Thanks for your feedback. Please note that the listing showed/told you exactly how many brand new picks were included. They were new, unused picks with original packaging. Regarding USPS, please understand that we do not cause or have control over delays with the post office.
