Although the item arrived damaged, the seller offered either a replacement or refund , without any hassle at all , I chose to have refund and as soon as the item had arrived back with the seller , my money was refunded.     Took longer than expected to arrive. Well packaged though could have done with a bit more protection over the end of the brolly where there was just packaging tape. New in packet but I had to reattach the fabric to the tips of the spokes. Hopefully this will not keep recurring - it seems to happen when the brolly is closed but not secured around. Nice looking item though. Not used yet.
