  There was a problem with the printer caused by damage in transit. Sbn-computers made every effort to resolve the problem but unfortunately we could not fix the issue. They generously refunded the transaction without hesitation due to the high cost of returning the item from Spain. Having bought many printers and computers over the last 20 years on eBay I would have to say their 100% positive rating is very well justified. I would recommend them to anyone contemplating buying from their listings.
