Well, I originally said that the price, product and timing of shipping were all good but was a bit disappointed that only one surround came. I contacted seller who explained sometimes they are stuck together. I checked and sure enough, seller was correct. Seller did this in a very professional manner and was quite pleasant and helpful, even willing to send another. But it is all here. Seller deserves more than 5 stars across the board. I will 100% use again!

Very bad experience with this seller without any desires on their part to make it right. I was told the part was going to fit for my specific tweeter by the seller but when I received it it was easy to see that is wasn't going to as you can see in the picture. The seller refuses to admit it is his fault and chooses to only partially refund me and does not provide a shipping label for return. Many messages left unanswered and I left the seller days to make it right but willingly does not. BEWARE!

Reasonably priced, prompt shipping. Did not come with glue or installation instructions. Fortuneately, I had glue left over from a previous project. Surrounds were in an envelope only wrapped in bubble wrap. I would suggest the seller include a thin piece of cardboard a little larger than the surrounds to provide support and protect them during shipment.
