    My first time not giving positive feedback since I joined eBay in 2009 but buyer beware of the “testing” done by this seller. It appears all that was tested was that the display would light up when plugged in. Contacted seller and was offered no proof of it actually functioning. Settled for a $50 partial refund as that was the maximum per their policy. Where are your policies listed ? Sorry but this was far from a positive transaction. The prompt commutation got you neutral instead of negative.
