    Accidents happen - unfortunately the wrong item was delivered due to a mis-labelling error. I contacted the seller who immediately responded with an apology and organised the correct item to be delivered. It arrived within 3 days of my contact. Can’t fault this level of service. A judgement based on how a company responds to a failure in their service is a more accurate view of their customer service ethos. I could not of asked for more. Thank you
