  One of the bottles sent was incorrect however the seller responded quickly to say it was an error at their end. I was sent the correct item and told to keep the incorrect product as a gesture of goodwill. Mistakes happen and this seller was highly efficient rectifying it.

  Perfume cap came chipped and scratched, see photo. Bought as a gift. Told seller this should’ve been mentioned to the listing. I wanted to be returned. Then seller offered a reduced price. But this still no good as It wasn’t presentable as a gift, so I declined. Then seller issued a refund without the option to return. I asked seller for a return options 2 times, no response! Then I’ve noticed he blocked me from buying from his eBay! Sadly, a bad experience for me. Not a professional Seller!

  Due to the costs associated with the return, a partial refund was offered which the buyer declined, so to keep costs down, we gave the buyer a full refund and stated just to keep the product. The cap may have been scratched (we would not know this when processing the order), but this did not affect the perfume, so this can still be used by the buyer or to just pass on to someone else to use at no cost at all to the buyer as a full refund was given.

  Received item quickly, packaged well and as described, good value for money, it has the appearance of a premium product. Haven't used the Milton Lloyd No 10 parfum aftershave spray yet, but really liked the aroma coming from the nozzle when I put my nose up to it. A+ seller service, highly recommended.
