I need to say that the shipping issue was not all of the sellers fault. eBay had an old address in the system. I placed the order and immediately tried to change the address. It would not allow this ( maybe an anti-fraud feature) I contacted the Seller and the same day. They said they could not stop the order. The Seller did give me a refund and I had to reorder the item. I am sure it cost him money since the 1st order shipped and he had to eat the freight.
