    I have used a Kemei shaver for some time and have been impressed with it. However, the foil on my shaver developed a fault and they are not replaceable. Therefore, I decided to buy a new one and was pleasantly surprised about the cost of this from this supplier. The communication from this company was excellent and my shaver arrived well packed and on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

    Item arrived slightly late (a day after it was meant to), was not in its original packaging which was not mentioned in the eBay listing description and was missing the lubricating oil which was one of the items meant to be in the package. My message asking for update when the item did not arrive on the intended day was not answered as well.

    Hello, upon checking, I can see the things you have mentioned are actually pointed out in the item listing description. The possibility of no retail box is mentioned and there isn't any mention of oil being included at all. Apologies if this wasn't immediately clear.
