My message asking for update when the item did not arrive on the intended day was not answered as well.

    Hello, upon checking, I can see the things you have mentioned are actually pointed out in the item listing description. The possibility of no retail box is mentioned and there isn't any mention of oil being included at all. Apologies if this wasn't immediately clear.
