    It is a shame the actual product arrived damaged beyond repair due to Parcel Forces infamous handling of parcels, with force it seems. However I can not fault the seller 1 bit, product would have been 100% as described the delivery was quick and their customer services dealing with my issue of the chair being broken was impeccable I was dealt with excellent service throughout and refund was issued in a matter of minutes from raising complaint with seller. Brilliant seller will use again
