  It is a shame the actual product arrived damaged beyond repair due to Parcel Forces infamous handling of parcels, with force it seems. However I can not fault the seller 1 bit, product would have been 100% as described the delivery was quick and their customer services dealing with my issue of the chair being broken was impeccable I was dealt with excellent service throughout and refund was issued in a matter of minutes from raising complaint with seller.   Arrived today, Royal Mail hadn't handled it well as it was torn open both ends, and the rest of the cardboard was wrapped too, but the mat was fine. Great service and thank you for a perfect mat.
