The worst service I ever had from a seller , in the fotos showing two rails and jointing bar ,in description saying 1 set of rails , but sent me only plunge saw without proper packaging, when I asked the about rails didn't even answer my question , let me down a lot , holding my money now cannot buy an other machine from someone else, would never recommend this seller , they clearly scamming

Received the bandsaw quickly enough, but the box had been previously opened and the spare blade as well as the miter gauge missing. I contacted the seller and was told that the replacement gauge would be in the post the next day. However, this was then followed by a second message stating that their advert was incorrect and that no miter gauge would be sent. Pretty poor customer service. Should not have taken a chance on this company and just bought the saw directly from Scheppach UK

Compressor is great, the delivery prompt and without issue.. The advert stated it came complete with a basic set of air tools. It didn't. Contacted the seller only to be told by their agent that "The advert was wrong. We have now changed it. It doesn't come with the listed tools, sorry" and "No we don't have any spare airlines we could send you." I needed the compressor for a job, so got on with it. No complaints about the compressor, poor customer service. Not raised with eBay.
