    This item was eBay advertised stating in red bold capitals "ARRIVES BY CHRISTMAS." The item description included "Country/Region of Manufacture: United Kingdom." It was ordered on 13 December and the delivery date was then given as 19 December. The seller despatched the item - from Pakistan - on 20 December. It didn't arrive, and seller communication was awful. However, eBay's brilliant customer service refunded the cost under eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Well done eBay!

    Appalling service! I ordered a jacket and returned as it did not fit with sellers sizing. I sent the jacket back by return and requested a refund. Weeks later and still no refund. I strongly urge anyone buying from these people to avoid doing so - they never reply to messages and as said have been waiting over 3 weeks for a refund. WARNING: Avoid buying from them!!!
