Advertised as next day, took twelve. Wasn't dispatched until the advertised due date. UPS delivery couldn't be bothered to find my house so left it 8 miles away. I requested and was promised a refund by phone before delivery was completed, actually given a credit note which won't be used if this is typical service. If you actually want your items, buy from SNG Barratt instead. I ordered from them after I grew bored waiting after 10 days, their part took 2 days to arrive. Can not recommend SC.

No communication is often a warning something has gone wrong.. Order made 11th of May. Delivery due 16 May. Now 20th May. Ebay records item not dispatched as of 2030 hours 20th of May. Reduced to leaving poor feedback in an attempt to get communication going. Project delayed. Have made reasonable efforts via e-bay to find out what is going on.
