  I reached out to the seller prior to purchasing the item and they responded very quickly and were very helpful with the questions that I had. Once ordered the product arrived when promised and was in the condition stated. I have installed the camera. It works well. The video is not as high quality as I would've liked, however I definitely feel that it was what was described and well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this seller.
