    The item, when it eventually arrived was fine. Decent quality for the money. First item never arrived. Despite the listing stating it was being sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, no tracking details were available(?). I contacted the seller who apologised and stated they would investigate and get back to me. Heard nothing so I asked again and a replacement was sent this time via Evri (?). All a little “confusing” shall I say

    Following on from the non-delivery of my original order, with notification to the seller, his replacement arrived this afternoon. For the price, it was well worth waiting for! Lightweight in construction (plastic), it MAY topple over if heavy files are accommodated but it suits my purpose. Friendly and understanding seller.

    Excellent value. Point for seller: Unfortunately there was a big space inside the box and the fragile tape used to seal the package came loose in transit. Needs a wedge of newspaper or bubble wrap to fill the void. Luckily the photo frame was intact. Very pleased with the lovely frame.
