    The quality is sub par as compared to kilts I own which which were made in Scotland, the condition is difficult to fully ascertain because the kilt was jammed into a small box and will have to be professionally cleaned and pressed, the value is somewhat difficult to ascertain as well until I can actually wear it and see what it looks like, the colors are nice,
