The hat arrived in an envelope, so squashed, I managed to pop it up. The hat was new, exactly as described. It was a such bargain, so don't expect a quality hat. It looked nice on the photos, so I am a little bit disappointed. But quick dispatch by the seller and tracked delivery by Evri. So if you want a hat for an event like Halloween, it can be ok, but if you want a long lasting hat, this isn't one.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered item and confirmation showed wrong colour. I contacted immediately to say this and clarified the correct colour ordered. They corresponded yet still the wrong item arrived. Contacted seller and told I could have partial refund. Not good enough customer service at all
