  I ordered a Vacu Vin Wine bottle stopper, not the cork remover I received. Seller sent wrong item. I requested label to return, but seller made offers of money compensation, but I only want the item, not compensation for wrong item. I told seller to send me the ordered item, but only got another offer of money compensation. I want ebay to step in a send me label to return the wrong item and refund my purchase costs.
