  Incorrect and unprofessional attitude towards me, ignoring most of my letters and emails.I received the wrong product and they refused to refund me for a long time.And all this despite the fact that I had returned the wrong product and they refused to give me my money for quite some time.I had to threaten them with a complaint to the trade authorities and with a lawsuit, only then did they deign to refund my money.This whole ordeal, which lasted about a month, was for £23.98.
