No message, no card through the door, only found out through tracking. Contacted the company searchlightfactory. They did not do much to resolve the issue other than telling me to pick up at post office, I am disabled and struggle to walk therefore I still do not have the goods I bought and paid delivery for, shocking service by courier. Company should ensured delivery .
