  I received the wrong fans. I received flimsy plastic desk fans not waist fans. Contacted the seller who offered me 70% refund and to keep the items. Not good enough. I dont want these items. I am to then go and purchase my original items again which are now more expensive. Confused as to why they make a mistake and I am out of pocket?! Thankfully ebay gave me a full refund.

  Ordered 2 sets of the topiary balls. Received one but not the other as they were sent separately. 2nd item missing but won't refund- should have been delivered by 7th May. Numerous emails sent but still not received a refund. Would not recommend. Also quality is very cheap with bits falling off as soon as you pick the items up. Will also be returning the 1st received items. Would not recommend seller or these items
