  Dispatched on the same day I placed my order (8 Oct). Received in the UK on 21 Oct. Sadly, the ornament was received with a broken arm. There was good communication with the seller, who suggested contacting eBay for a refund since this was an international order. I spent hours trying to contact eBay via their website, but once I got through eBay responded positively. I guess eBay considered that the broken item had no value for a collector. The only plus was that a friend made a sterling repair.
