  Extent of damage could have been better communicated through photos and description. Pretty bummed about that. Would have passed on the frame had I known. Headset was not tightened down and bearings are missing. Everything was packed well otherwise and arrived quick though. Def going to ask for more pictures from sellers going forward. No returns on an item that was a bit too far from what was described, idk.

  Unfortunately buyer did not reach out to me to make things right before leaving feedback. I messaged the buyer upon receiving feedback and offered a refund, and even to keep the frame if that would make him happy. Frame was described as "The frame shows its fair share of scratches and blemishes in the finish but there are no dents." which I tried to capture honestly and believe was accurate - regardless I aways try to do what's right and if you ghost me I cant refund you or make it right.
