Hi, my name is Rick Jones, I'm a musician and these albums are all from my lifelong collection. I want to be as upfront about the condition of each album as I can so I'll try to describe and rate them accordingly and in plain English. I will probably rate them at a lower quality than they actually are. I'm listening to them on studio monitors with a flat response. In the days when we actually used these albums, we used a multichannel equalizer to remove the snaps and pops. I'm selling all 900 of my mostly jazz LPs. (Also some DownBeat, JazzTimes & Coda mags from the 70's too). Everything from Bunny Berigan to Don Cherry to Frank Sinatra. This will include classics like "Kind of Blue" & "Giant Steps". I plan to use the money to underwrite monthly instrumental jazz gigs and jam sessions in Las Vegas and possibly some other locations. I also plan to live stream and post the video for a historical archive, kind of a time capsule of Las Vegas jazz. When you buy...you support live jazz.
