The packaging was literally perfect with new heavy duty box and even, effective overpack. They also padded the tiny spaces in its wooden case which is a detail often overlooked! On top of that they took it upon themselves to have a local expert look at the instrument and give me a detailed assessment of what was actually wrong with it before shipping it to me!
