  My Sony ULT 7 purchase works amazingly as described by this seller. My purchase arrived very quickly via UPS of which I can't say enough about this seller. The speaker was packaged very carefully in molded Styrofoam molded blocks protecting it through the shipping process. Once it arrived, I only to fully charge it before updating it's firmware. Downloaded the recommended Sony Android applications. Once I completed these steps I immediately started playing some of my favorite music. OMG!!!

While it was listed as "open box" it didn't come with the original box but packaging was well in shape to protect the item. Overall quality of item and customer service was A+++.
